If you want it to wait for IPCP (IP address negotiation) to be completed
before sending the accounting start packet, which will also cause it
to send the negotiated address along, you can use

	aaa accounting wait-start

If you want to know the address even earlier, before the user
is even authenticated, try this:

	radius-server attribute 8 include-in-access-req

This causes the NAS to send a Framed-IP-Address attribute in _access_
(!) requests too; it is set to the address that it will assign to
the user IF the user gets authenticated. No idea what practical use that
has, but anyway.
